Assistantships A large fraction of our students receive some form of aid, through Teaching Assistantships and /or Research Assistantships. The University also posts available graduate assistant positions, but most of our student support is administered by the mathematics department.
Fellowships Programs and departments offer funding packages, which are often in the form of graduate assistantships that provide a stipend and tuition remission in exchange for service.
Counseling Resources Counseling Center supports the personal, social, and academic success of University of Maryland students.
International Students The University of Maryland is dedicated to maintaining a vibrant international graduate student community. International applicants are encouraged to explore the services they offer and contact them with related questions.
